Executive Director, Jon Lisby said

” We were delighted to have completed this transaction in such a short time frame and our congratulations go to the partners of both firms for their focused approach to the merger discussions. This merger had the three essential ingredients for success – first, there was the right people and culture fit, second there is a clear underlying business benefit and third, the financials work well for all concerned. It was a pleasure working with the partners of both firms to conclude this merger and I am confident that the new partnership will rapidly secure its position as the leading mid tier firm in Indonesia. Clients will benefit from the strength of Kreston resources in the region and the range and quality of services available”.

Tan Siddharta will assume the role of Managing Partner with M.P. Sibarani as Chairman and A. Hendra Winata as Vice Chairman.
