SNR & Co is a 7 partner full service firm with some 40 professional and support staff. The firm is centrally located and acts for an impressive international client base.

Kreston’s Isle of Man member, BW Oakfield Group adopted the Kreston brand at its launch event held recently at The Courthouse Club in Douglas.
In attendance were local dignitaries including the Isle of Man’s Chief Minister, Hon Allan Bell; MHK John Shimmin, the Minister for the Isle of Man Department of Economic Development .
Stewart Davies, Managing Director of Kreston IOM, commented:

Kreston International has admitted Kalani & Co of Rajasthan, India to membership. Kalani & Co is headquartered in the state capital of Jaipur and has 7 branch offices.
The firm is long established and with 18 partners and a total of 161 professional and support staff, is the the largest accounting practice in the state.

Iberaudit Kreston Hold “Growing Together” in Barcelona
IBERAUDIT KRESTON HOLD ANNUAL CONFERENCE IN BARCELONA
IBERAUDIT Kreston, Kreston member in Spain, Portugal and Andorra held its annual Conference, “Growing Together” in Barcelona recently with fifty professionals, partners and managers of the firm in attendance.
During the conference, Jon Lisby, Kreston’s CEO presented an update of Kreston strategy which included a summary of Kreston in the global market.
Mercè Martí, Chairwoman and CEO at IBERAUDIT Kreston, presented Iberaudit Kreston’s annual results and explained the aims of the company for the future, that is to further raise the profile both nationally and internationally.
This year saw Kreston Iberaudit rise to 14th place in the rankings of audit firms in Spain, up 2 places from last year.
Elena Ramirez, the IBERAUDIT Kreston partner responsible for the international division and member of the Kreston Board, explained the activities undertaken in collaboration with the partners of the network in more than 100 countries.
Joana Sanchez, chairwoman of Inesdi and leader of the digital economy sector, gave an overview of social media in business and in the last presentation of the day, Pedro Navarrete, the Ex – Vice – President of Sony Europa, gave his own personal view of changes he has seen in the company.
The conference ended with a vist to Park Güell, a famous garden complex with architectural elements situated on the hill of El Carmel in the Gràcia district of Barcelona ( shown below)

Kreston members grow together
Bentleys, in Australia has confirmed the addition of McLean Delmo, Kreston’s member firm in Melbourne to its national network.
The addition sees Bentleys network grow to 8 firms, 60 partners, more than 400 staff and annual revenue of $75 million.
Graeme Blockley, CEO of Bentleys said:
“McLean Delmo is an innovative and dynamic group and is attractive because of its diversity, vision, service and quality. It’s an ideal fit and our new Melbourne firm will be called McLean Delmo Bentleys for a transitional period”.
Managing partner, John Delmo commented:
“Over the last year, we have been deciding on our best approach to growth and felt that becoming a national brand was a priority in our growth strategy. This will assist us in generic growth as well as possible merger/acquisition opportunities.”
Mr Delmo said the firm would benefit from synergies that would come from Bentleys’ deep client base of small and medium enterprises, family businesses, listed entities, professionals, high net-worth individuals and government:

Bentleys will benefit from McLean Delmo’s Asian presence through which it provides advice to Australian businesses establishing in China – and Chinese businesses establishing in Australia – on local legislation and business practices.
Bentleys is interested in expanding its footprint throughout Australia and plans to appoint new firms in major urban centres as part of its growth strategy. Bentleys has offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide, Perth, Melbourne, Newcastle, Tamworth and Canberra.

Historical Sofia attracts Kreston delegates to EMEA conference.
This year’s Kreston EMEA Conference took place in the heart of Sofia, Bulgaria.
Delegates from 24 countries attended the event, which this year also overlapped with Kreston’s 2013 VAT Conference.
Hosted by local firm, Kreston Bulmar, the varied business programme included a special introduction into Bulgaria’s economy by Mr Boris Stefanov, CEO of Invest Bulgaria and sessions on strategy; international audit and taxation and internal IT systems.
Delegates then joined tax and audit breakout groups with discussions including business development, transfer pricing and fraud detection.
International expert and author on negotiating and body language skills, Derek Arden, closed the business programme with a lively and interactive session.
