Connected Leadership Programme 2025

Kreston Global’s Connected Leadership Programme helps member firms grow and retain their talent. It is the perfect opportunity to advance your own career or empower a colleague. Our ambition is to develop the next generation of international leaders who will help grow their firms through the power of their network connection.

The programme is aimed at newer partners or director-level colleagues, who are about to or have recently taken on larger operational, client and / or team leadership roles. It is also suitable for those ‘fast track’ partner candidates who have already participated in management development and who occupy key operational or department leadership positions within the firm.

It will take place over a 6–8 month period, involving two in-person sessions held in London on 22–23 May and 6–7 November 2025, along with peer-to-peer coaching, and self-guided learning. 

The content focusses on creating strong empowered leaders who are committed to being proactive in the international environment, who understand the need to develop sustainable thinking and who want to help deliver Kreston’s purpose of being connected across the Network. The programme is delivered by Joanna Keeling, a highly experienced leadership development coach and facilitator who has many years of delivering these transformational opportunities for organisations around the world.
