Elena is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the tax and auditing sector, currently leading the Tax and Outsourcing divisions at Kreston’s office in Catalonia. As the representative of Kreston International in Spain, Andorra, and Portugal, Elena plays a pivotal role in the firm’s strategic growth across these regions. She also serves as the Manager of Kreston Iberaudit International Office and is an esteemed member of the Kreston Board.

Throughout her career, Elena has built a strong reputation for her expertise in tax services, particularly in national and international tax planning and guidance, tax-saving schemes, tax inspections and reviews, tax consolidation and resources, and transfer pricing studies. Her commitment to delivering high-quality results extends to her leadership in outsourcing services, where she offers accounting advice, adjusts Spanish subsidiary information to headquarters’ reporting models, oversees the outsourcing of complete accountancy processes, and provides tailored financial reports. Elena’s role also includes temporary professional collaboration in a managerial and assistance capacity, ensuring comprehensive solutions for clients.

Education & qualifications

Elena’s educational background reflects her commitment to continuous learning and professional development. She holds a Master’s in Financial and Economic Management from EDIEF and a Master’s in Tax Advice from the University of Barcelona. Elena also completed a Master’s in Bankruptcy Procedures at the Universitat Politècnica de València, further enhancing her expertise in complex financial matters. She is a member of the Official Register of Auditors (ROAC) through the Instituto de Censores Jurados de Cuentas de España.

In addition to her specialised qualifications, Elena has pursued several complementary courses, including an Executive English program focusing on Effective Business Meetings and advanced language training through Corporate Esade.
