Experience

Jelena has over 20 years of professional experience, including her current role as Managing Director at Kreston MDM, where she oversees audit, accounting, tax advisory, and valuation services, with a focus on team leadership and business development. She also serves as a member of the Supervisory Board at UniCredit Bank Serbia, providing strategic oversight and governance. Earlier in her career, Jelena worked as a Dealer and Portfolio Manager at the National Bank of Serbia, where she managed USD, GBP, and CAD-denominated portfolios in the Foreign Exchange Management Department. Her diverse roles have equipped her with a strong foundation in financial strategy, regulatory compliance, and leadership.
