Jitendra is a Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), with a specialisation in Accounts, Tax, Financial Management, Audit, and Business & Corporate Laws. Notably, he also secured All India Rank (AIR) 15 in the CA Foundation Course.

Jitendra also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics, with a focus on Accounts, Tax, Mathematics, Computers, Organisational Commerce, and Economics.

Experience

Over a career spanning more than two decades, Jitendra has advised clients on a range of issues in Tax and other allied laws viz Exchange control laws and Prevention of Money Laundering, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, etc. He has hands-on experience in transfer pricing planning, documentation, audits and strategising for transfer-pricing controversy for clients in various sectors, including FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Real estate, Oil & Gas, Software, and Business process outsourcing. He has assisted clients in dispute resolution before appellate authorities and judicial forums, including Tax Tribunals, High Court and Supreme Court.
