About Július Činčala
Július Činčala is the Head of Advisory Services on sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) at Kreston Slovakia.
Július has over 20 years of professional experience in advisory services. Július have been working in management and transaction consulting since 2003. In the past, he worked in a multinational consulting company focusing on state administration and corporate clients.
Július mainly engaged in optimization projects in the field of organization and management, not only in the private sector but also in state administration. He is head of the cyber security department as well. Participated in a number of cross-border and acquisition projects and direct investment advice. He was an advisor to three ministers and represented the Slovak Republic in the Commission for State and Public Administration at the OECD.
Július holds a Engineer’s degree (Ing.) in Management Technology from the Slovak University of Agriculture (SPU), Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Economics from the University of Minnesota (UMN) and Master’s degree (LL.M) from Faculty of Law at University of London (UOL).
Július is a PRINCE2TM certified project manager, ITILTM certified IT service manager, MoR ® certified risk manager, holds Certificate manager and auditor of processes in public administration certification by TaylorCox. He also holds certification from the ACCA in sustainability for finance.
He was appointed as a member of the Working Group of the Government Council of the Slovak Republic for Vocational Education and Training for a group of education fields:
