Pradeep Verma is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 35 years of experience in International Taxation, Audit, and Business Consultancy. He provides expert advisory services to multinational corporations (MNCs) and has extensive expertise in transaction advisory, mergers and acquisitions, and due diligence for foreign MNCs. Recently, he has specialised in GST, which was introduced by the Indian government and has developed expertise in advising international NGOs.

As the R&D tax advisory services leader at his VK Verma & Co in India, Pradeep leverages his deep understanding of India’s R&D tax framework to help clients identify eligible expenses, optimise claims, and reduce tax liabilities. Pradeep Verma completed his education at St. Xavier School, Delhi, earning an AIHSC in Commerce. He later graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com Hons) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi, building a strong foundation in business and commerce.
