About Theo Theodoulou

Theo is the Kreston Global Audit Group Chair and audit and assurance partner at Kreston ITH Cyprus. Theo used to serve as NED for the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (“CySEC”) (tenure ended 2023) and also as Chair of the CySEC Audit Committee for three years.

Education & qualifications

Theo is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) qualified through the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He earned a First-Class degree in Finance, Accounting, and Management from the University of Nottingham, where he was actively involved in the Investment Society, Debate Society, and Entrepreneurship Society.

Experience

Theo currently serves as Vice President of the executive committee for the Cyprus Football Association and is also in charge of all the national teams of Cyprus. He was appointed as NED and Chair of the Audit Committee for eToro Europe, one of the world’s leading fintech companies.
