About Tracey Eastin

Tracey is a Senior Manager with CBIZ Risk & Advisory Services based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She has more than 25 years of experience in public accounting, technical accounting and financial reporting roles. She is a seasoned accounting professional with demonstrated success in leading accounting teams in addition to resolving complex accounting issues and working closely with senior executives to provide relevant information for the decision-making process.

Since 2021, Tracey has worked in the firm’s ESG and Sustainability reporting practice.  She has been working with clients in various industries with their ESG reporting programs in process documentation and identification and assessment of controls to enhance the completeness, accuracy, consistency, and other reporting objectives related to ESG metrics and disclosures.   Additionally, Tracey has worked with clients to assess readiness for disclosures required in pending regulatory reporting.

Tracey began her career in public accounting with Pricewaterhouse Coopers where her clients included manufacturing, energy and real estate companies.  Tracey then held various technical accounting and SEC reporting roles in the medical and financial services industries.  Her experiences include working closely with clients on the accounting, reporting and financial statement disclosures for technical areas including Equity Transactions with Employees and Non-employees, Revenue Recognition and Lease Accounting. Throughout these and other positions, Tracey honed her technical accounting and financial reporting skills through responsibility for the preparation and review of financial statements and SEC filings, analysis of the impact of significant accounting pronouncements and the related disclosures, participation in key acquisition and valuation activities, and management of accounting teams of various sizes and locations.
