Education & qualifications
Vineet is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), having earned his qualification in 2001. He further extended his professional credentials by becoming a Registered Valuer in 2019, certified by the ICAI’s Valuation Standards Board. Vineet holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, where he developed a solid foundation in business and commerce. Additionally, he is an Information System Auditor (ISA) certified by ICAI, showcasing his proficiency in financial systems and technology audits.
In recognition of his expertise, Vineet was appointed as an Independent Director by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs in 2022, further cementing his role as a leader in corporate governance and risk management.
Experience
With over 20 years of industry experience, Vineet has held leadership positions at several prestigious firms. Before joining Kreston OPR in 2021, he was a Partner at O. P. Rathi & Co. for over 15 years, where he oversaw audit, assurance, and advisory services across multiple industries. He also serves as a Partner at Accuxpert Consultancy LLP, where he offers consultancy in corporate finance and valuation.
Earlier in his career, Vineet worked with Deloitte as an Assistant Manager, gaining invaluable experience in audit and risk management. He is also actively engaged in the entrepreneurial ecosystem as a Charter Member of TiE Vadodara, where he contributes to nurturing innovation and business growth.
